At Storage 52, we offer both inside enclosed solutions for RV parking and outside parking as well. The most popularly chosen option for RV storage is through covered parking, which is available at many storage facilities across the country. We required that customers thoroughly clean the inside of their RV to remove any food items, precious belongings, and fuel prior to long-term storage. This allows the greatest degree of security and prevents for you and other customers, as it helps to prevent pests from infesting the vehicles. Additionally, for outside storage we recommend customers utilize a front windshield protectors and pull down all window blinds to prevent sun-damage.

TIRE PRESSURE CHECK
Maintaining proper air pressure in vehicle tires is the best way to enhance tread life and overall performance. Improper tire inflation can reduce traction, fuel economy, load carrying capability and tread life and cause permanent structural damage to the tire, including a tire failure. This is why our team of at Storage 52 regularly checks tires for proper inflation. We also place carpet underneath each tire to prevent flat-spotting while stored inside.
LUXURY CAR STORAGE
Your Luxury Vehicle will be meticulously cared for. It will be covered with any cover you wish to supply. Tires will be placed on cushioned mats to prevent flat-spotting for inside storage. Customer specified tire pressures will be maintained. Battery tender services will be provided with customer supplied tender. Temperature controlled environment so that winterization is not necessary. You can sleep well at night knowing your baby is well cared for in our secured inside facility.

Maintaining and ensuring your battery keeps a charge is very important, especially when it’s time for storing your vehicles. Our battery tender services does just that! Our staff will ensure the tender is properly connected and operational at all times.

Jet Ski Storage
Unlike motorcycle storage, Jet Skis are more often stored in covered parking outdoors than inside a storage unit. The primary concern here is to make sure they remain fully covered and elevated to keep them in mint condition. While utilizing Jet Ski storage, it would make sense to use the appropriate covering directly on the jet ski. This will prevent build-up of dust and dirt which could later lead to faded paint and rust.- Cushioned mats will be placed under tires to prevent flat-spotting for inside storage.
Snow Mobile/ATV Storage
Like other small vehicles, snowmobiles and ATVs (all-terrain vehicles) are stored rather in enclosed units rather than parked. This helps keep the vehicle in the best possible condition and most closely mirrors what storing in a garage is like. Bus Parking
During those summer months when kids are on vacation and the school buses are no longer be used as frequently for transit they are in need of storage or long-term parking. This is also a time when most RV owners have retrieved their vehicle for traveling and fun. Using some of our RV or Semi-Truck parking spaces will allow you to easily park any sized vehicle.
